Tampa, Fla – USC Upstate senior Kennedy Holton concluded her collegiate career on Friday afternoon with a 44th place finish in the women's 100-meter hurdles at the NCAA East Preliminary.

Holton posted a time of 13.73, which is the second-fastest time of her career as well as the second-fastest time in program history. Earlier this month, Holton set a new school record in the 100-meter hurdles as she claimed the ASUN individual title with a time of 13.54.

"Kennedy finished off her career against some of the best competition in the country," head coach Carson Blackwelder said. "It has been an exciting meet for the Spartans, knowing that they can and will continue to compete at this level against the best of the best."
