SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Friday night's contest between the USC Upstate baseball team and the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles has been halted after the second rain delay of the night.  In the bottom of the seventh, Upstate leads 4-0.

Upstate scored three runs and had just one out on the scoreboard when the second batch of storms passed through.  The game will resume tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the bottom of the seventh with one out and Jordan Stampler (Davie, Fla.) standing on first base, while Dillon Way (Orangeburg, S.C.) will step into the batter's box.

Saturday's game that was slated for 2 p.m. will begin approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the halted game.
