Continued to improve as a sophomore... after not playing in a match as a freshman, saw some action last year... a solid tactical player... has improved technically... used his freshman season to adjust the college game... 2006: Saw action in five games... did not take a shot and finished without a point... played in four wins for the Spartans... 2005: Did not see action as a freshman... High School: A four-year letterman at Chapin High School, playing for coach Dick Hiller... helped lead the team to back-to-back 2A state championships in 2002 and 2003... helped the team advance to the third round in 2004... helped Chapin advance into the second round of the state tournament in the school's first year in 3A... an All-State selection in 2004 and 2005... earned All-Region and All-Area honors in 2003, 2004, and 2005... named All-Area Player of the Year as a junior and senior... a 2005 North-South Soccer Classic All-Star... also played for the CSC Burn club team... a member of the Beta Club and the National Honor Roll.
