Inclement Weather Washes Out Saturday at Citadel Invitational

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The USC Upstate men's tennis team saw day two of the Citadel Fall Invitational washed out with play set to resume Sunday at the Earle Tennis Center.

Effects of Hurricane Sandy hit the east coast and kept teams from taking the courts Saturday, delaying the second and final day of the invitational to Sunday.

On day one of the fall classic, Upstate picked up wins in 11 of its 13 matches. The Spartans will wait out the weather and look to end the fall season on a high note as they take on individuals from The Citadel, Bethune Cookman and Georgia Southern.
