2010: Emerged as a go-to player for the Spartans as a freshman... named to the A-Sun All-Freshman team... established herself as the everyday starter behind the plate early in the season... also stepped in to play third and first on occasion... played in 56 games, all as a starter... ranked sixth on the team with a .261 batting average... was nearly flawless defensively... finsihed the year with a .995 fielding percentage after committing just two errors in 440 chances... ranked third on the team with 11 doubles and tied for second with three home runs... tied for fourth with 21 RBIs... hit .283 during A-Sun play... ranked fifth on the team with eight multi-hit games... tied for fourth with four multi-RBI games... drove in the game-winning runs in the 3-1 win over Maryland-Baltimore County (Feb. 19)... had a pair of hits in the 9-3 win over Western Carolina (March 9)... was 2-for-2 with an RBI in the 2-0 win over Hartford (March 13)... had two hits with an RBI and two runs in the 8-0 win over Winston-Salem State (March 13)... knocked two two-run home runs, one in each game, to push the Spartans to a sweep of Charleston Southern (March 18)... had three hits with an RBI and two runs in the 7-2 win at Belmont (March 26)... had a pair of hits, including the game-winner, with an RBI in the 3-2 win over Charlotte (April 13)... collected two hits and an RBI in the 6-0 win at South Carolina (April 14)... had two hits, including a home run, in the 2-1 win over Kennesaw State (April 16)... knocked in two runs with a double to tie the game as Upstate went on for a 3-2 win over Lipscomb in the A-Sun Tournament (May 13)... a member of the A-Sun All-Academic team.
High School: A standout on the varsity softball team at Wren High School since the seventh grade... helped lead the Golden Hurricanes to the 2008 4A State Championship and a 26-5 record... missed her senior year after tearing an ACL playing basketball... played a variety of positions for Wren, primarily at third, shortstop and catcher... a three-time All-State and four-time All-Region selection... owned a career batting average of .373 with 32 doubles, six triples and nine home runs... stole 63 bases for the Golden Hurricanes... collected 84 RBIs and scored 152 runs... hit over .385 in each of her last four seasons at Wren... owned a .956 fielding percentage... named to the All-Region Rookie team as a seventh grader in 2004... named Wren’s Offensive MVP in 2005 and 2006... also played travel ball for the Lady Lightning Gold travel team which competed in the ASA Nationals in 2005 and 2006... also won the South Carolina ASA 16-A state championship... was a four-year letterwinner on the girls’ basketball team at Wren.
