2008: Earned A-Sun All-Freshman honors after leading Upstate and ranking fifth in the A-Sun with a .372 batting average... ranked ninth in the A-Sun with a .449 on-base percentage... tied for the team lead with seven home runs... topped the Spartans with 32 RBIs and a .584 slugging percentage... scored 21 runs... tied for the team lead with seven multi-RBI games... finished fourth on the Spartans with 12 multi-hit games... tied for the team lead with a nine-game hitting streak during the year... played in 48 games, 46 as a starter... had a breakout game in the 8-2 win over Stony Brook, a team that went on to play in the NCAA Tournament (Feb. 23)... had a pair of home runs in the win... tied the game with a two-run homer in the second inning... put the Spartans ahead, 6-2, with a solo shot in the third... finished with four RBIs in the game... had two hits with a home run and two RBIs in the 6-0 win over Lafayette (March 8)... totaled three hits and two RBIs in the second game at Coastal Carolina (March 12)... had three hits with three runs in the split with ETSU (March 24)... was 2-for-2 with an RBI and two runs in the first game against the Buccaneers, a 6-0 win... posted two hits with an RBI at Gardner-Webb (March 30)... was 3-for-3 with a double in the first game against Charlotte (April 2)... smacked a solo home run in the top of the seventh inning to give Upstate a 4-0 lead in the 4-0 win at North Florida (April 5)... had three hits in the sweep at Furman (April 8)... came up big in the sweeps of Stetson and Florida Gulf Coast to move the Spartans in position to win the regular season A-Sun championship... hit a go-ahead two-run homer in the bottom of the fourth inning to give Upstate a 2-1 lead in the 6-2 win over Stetson (April 11)... added two RBIs in the second game of the sweep... came back the next day and smacked a pair of homers against FGCU (April 12)... hit a solo home run to give Upstate a 4-2 lead in the 6-4 win in game one of the sweep... hit a solo homer to give the Spartans a 1-0 lead in the fourth inning of the 7-3 win in game two... had three hits, three RBIs and two runs in the split at Furman (April 23)... had three hits and two RBIs in the second game at Presbyterian (April 24)... finished the season with two hits and two runs with a double and triple in the 10-4 win at Mercer that helped secure a share of the A-Sun crown for the Spartans.

High School: A four-time All-State selection from North Lincoln High School... was named the Western North Carolina 2A Player of the Year as a senior... hit .517 with 12 doubles, three triples and six home runs... drove in 24 runs and scored 43 times... an All-State selection... also earned All-District and All-Conference honors in 2007... named the District Player of the Year... earned North Lincoln's Female Athlete of the Year... hit .494 as a junior... earned was named to the Gaston County All-County team by the Charlotte Observer... a four-time All-Conference, All-Gaston Gazette and All-Charlotte Observer Gaston County selection... named "Best of the Best" in tournament play and "Best Hitter" in the hitting showcase at the 2006 Ringor Showacase at Kent State... played summer ball with the Cabarrus County Challengers coached by Dennis Cook... hit .448 in 2006, leading the Challengers to a 39-7 record... led the team to a spot in the ASA 19U National Championships as one of just three teams from North Carolina in the tournament... also a standout in tennis and basketball... was a state finalist in tennis last year and is the was the starting point guard on the basketball team.. a standout in the classroom.. carried a 3.6 GPA and was an honors student... a member of the school's Honor Roll, she was been selected for Who's Who Among American High School Students.
