Series History
Meeting in the Spartans' final game of the Collegiate Hoops Roadshow, USC Upstate and Air Force will meet for the first time in the Spartans' Division I era (2007-pres.). In Upstate's D1 era, the Spartans are 0-2 against the membership of the Mountain West Conference, dropping games against Colorado State (Dec. 21, 2015) and Nevada (Dec. 19, 2009). Monday's game also marks Upstate's longest road trip (by mileage) since travelling to Portland, Ore. on Nov. 21, 2018.

Players to Watch
Upstate: Behind a career-high 18 points—10 second-half points—and a career-best 11 rebounds—six offensive boards—redshirt junior forward Ahmir Langlais notched his first career double-double versus Coastal Carolina. Against the Chanticleers, he shot 61.5 percent (8-of-13) from the field and blocked a pair of shots as he led a group of five Spartans scoring in double-figures.
 
Air Force: Averaging 15.5 points per game through four games this season, sophomore guard Jake Heidbreder represents Air Force's leading scorer. He's scored in double-figures in three of four games this season after dropping a Falcon freshman record (in the Mountain West era) 303 points with 194 coming in MWC play, another Air Force record.

Coming off its longest road trip of the season, USC Upstate remains on the road following the Thanksgiving holiday as it travels to Columbia for a post-holiday meeting with South Carolina. The Spartans and Gamecocks are set for a 4 p.m. ET tip-off.
