USC Upstate: Posting a career-best 14 kills in back-to-back matches last week, senior middle blocker Nikki Deslatte upped her season hitting percentage to .341, entering Big South Conference play ranked third in the league in the category. In the two matches, she hit a combined .479, including a career-best .500 hitting percentage (min. 12 kills) versus North Florida. On the year, she's totaled 62 kills, an average of 2.00 per set, while posting 20 total blocks (0.65 per set) on the year.
 
UNC Asheville: With 77 kills and a .351 hitting efficiency, junior middle blocker Baylor Herlehy enters the weekend ranked second in the Big South in hitting percentage, doing so averaging 1.60 per set. She also begins conference play as one of the top blockers in the conference, averaging a league-best 1.23 blocks per set as she's accrued 59 total blocks on the season.
