Players to Watch
USC Upstate: Ending her weekend with a career-high 23 kills—the third-best single-match total in the program's Division I era (2007-pres.)—in a four-set victory over Charleston Southern, fifth-year senior Ali Jansen collected 38 total kills over two matches to lead the Spartans. She averaged 4.22 kills per set while fashioning a .284 hitting efficiency in matches against Presbyterian and Charleston Southern. On the season, Jansen posts 130 kills behind a .217 hitting percentage.
 
Winthrop: Junior outside hitter Avery Jolley enters the weekend leading the Eagles and ranking second in the Big South Conference in kills per set, averaging 3.58 per frame in 2024. She totals 222 kills, another total that leads Winthrop, with her total coming off a .210 hitting efficiency. She's recorded double-figure kills on 13 occasions this season, recording 20 kills once—her most recent match versus UNC Asheville.
 
Gardner-Webb: Averaging 5.25 digs per set, sophomore libero Molly Littlefield enters the weekend ranked eighth in country in the category. She ranks second in the Big South and 34^th in the NCAA in total digs, picking up 436 on the year, including recording double-digit digs 21 times. Against Charleston Southern on Oct. 26, she recorded a career-best 41 digs, doing so in a three-set match.
