SPARTANBURG, S.C. – As the USC Upstate men's basketball program builds towards its first season under the direction of head coach Marty Richter, transfer Isaiah Skinner joins the Spartan program, continuing his academic and athletic career as part of Richter's inaugural recruiting class.
