Players to Watch

USC Upstate: Redshirt Junior Guard, Karmani Gregory continues to grow averaging 13.8 points per game while shooting 43 percent from the field, 27 percent from the three-point line, and 78 percent from the charity stripe. Gregory has displayed his versatility in being a combo guard that can get the offense going, score when the opportunity presents, and guard the opposing team's best shooter. Gregory added a 17 point performance in the win against NC Central shooting 5-for-9 while shooting 67 percent from beyond the arc, adding two steals and five assists. Through eight games played, Gregory has scored in double figures seven out of eight times with his season high being 24 points against Cal Baptist. Gregory will look to continue his consistent two-way play in the matchup against Nebraska.

Nebraska: Junior Forward, Pryce Sandfort leads the Cornhuskers with 16.5 points per game while shooting 48 percent from the field, 38 percent from beyond the arc, and 88 percent from the charity stripe. Sandfort has scored 20+ points three different times on the season with his season-high being a 28-point performance against Oklahoma. As Nebraska looks to take down another Big South opponent, Pryce Sandfort will look to return to the court adding his paint presence along with stretching the floor.
