CLEMSON, S.C. – Opening the 2025 fall campaign, USC Upstate women's golf competed at the Tiger Classic. The one-day, 36-hole event saw the Spartans finish 10th in a competitive field.
For the second consecutive year, junior
Supatta Puttanavarat led the way, carding rounds of 79 and 75 for a total of 154. Puttanavarat also had a birdie in each round of the tournament.
Second on the Spartans' scorecard was
Rylie Kosney, finishing the day with a total score of 154. Improving from the first round, Kosney posted a second-round score of 77.
In her first collegiate tournament, freshman
Londyn Rath led the team in the birdie category with three, all of them occurring in the first round. Rath finished the tournament with a total score of 161.
Rounding out the scorecard for Upstate was freshman
Olivia Shields, who carded a 169, and junior
Madison Dixon, who posted a final score of 172.
