Ronn See enters his first season with the USC Upstate men’s basketball program, joining the team as the program’s assistant director of basketball operations for the 2022-23 season.

See joins Upstate after two seasons at Carroll College (Helena, Mont.), helping the Fighting Saints to 49 total wins and two appearances in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics National Tournament appearances. During his two seasons at Carroll College, he implemented and facilitated the team’s Strength and Conditioning program and coordinated recruiting efforts for the Fighting Saints program.

In 2021-22, See helped the Fighting Saints to a historic season as the team finished with a 29-5 record—the team’s 29 wins tied for second-most in program history—and advanced to the Round of 32 at the NAIA Tournament following a Frontier Conference Regular Season Championship. Prior to joining the Fighting Saints program, See spent five years serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Pro Training for Elite Basketball Circuit (EBC) and Open Gym Premier (OGP). See began his coaching career at the California Institute of Technology, spending two seasons (2014-15 and 2015-16) on the Beavers’ coaching staff as an assistant coach. During the 2015-16 season, Caltech established the program record for single-season conference victories—a record broken during the 2019-20 season—with seven Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference victories.

Prior to entering the coaching ranks, See served as a Strength & Conditioning Intern at Montana during the summer of 2013. During his time with the Grizzlies, he worked with two future NFL and two future overseas professional basketball athletes.

In addition to his collegiate coaching and work with EBC and OGP, See founded the Desert Basketball Club (powered by Cali Rebels Basketball). The youth basketball program was the premier organization in the Coachella Valley.
