2019-2020 (Sophomore Season): The only player on the roster to start every game for the Spartans this season and averaged 23.3 minutes per contest…Zink scored 238 total points, but led the team in field goal percentage (.620), total rebounds (154) and blocked shots (22)…The sophomore’s field goal percentage ranks fourth in USC Upstate Division I history and it’s the highest since the 2016-2017 season…The Connecticut native had a trio of double-double games this season and he scored a career high 21-points at Longwood (1/4/2020).

2018-19 (Freshman): Started 30 out of the 31 games that he played in his freshman season. He averaged 19.2 minutes per game with 6 points per game. Zink had a total of 185 points on the season and he scored a season high 18 points (team leader) in the loss to Gardner-Webb on Feb. 12th. He also had 125 rebounds, 13 blocks, and 9 steals. He had a season high 3 blocks against Charleston Southern on Mar. 5th. Team Rankings: 1st in FG percentage (.543), 4th in points (185), 4th in scoring average (6.0), 4th in field goals made (70), 5th in FT percentage (.714), 2nd in rebounds (125),  and 3rd in blocked shots (13).
 

High School:  Graduated from St. Andrew’s School where he lettered in basketball…Averaged a double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds, along with two blocks, during his prep career…Received the Coaches Award and was named Honorable Mention at the Governor’s Challenge…Also named Honorable Mention NEPSAC All-New England…Has received academic honors including World Language Honors Society and 2015-16 All-Star Academic Team for Athletes.
