2018 (Freshman): Competed in all six meets during the 2018 season. Thompson broke into the top 50 finishing 40th overall at the Big South Championship. Finished 3rd on the team during the Royal’s Challenge.

High School: Attended Irmo HS where she earned letters in track and cross country...Co-captain of cross country team as a senior...Earned All-Area honors in cross country in 2013...Three-time All-Region cross country selection and two-time All-Region honoree in track...Ranked third in the state for the 4x800-meter relay.
