Scott-Foster is the 9th Women’s Basketball player in program history to be inducted into the USC Upstate Athletics Hall of Fame.

Originally from Florence, S.C., Scott-Foster played on the USC Upstate women’s basketball team from 1990-1994 and she was named a Fourth Team All-American after her senior season in 1994.

The 1994 Peach Belt Player of the Year, Scott-Foster helped guide the Rifles to back-to-back NCAA Division II Tournament appearances in 1993 and 1994. Scott-Foster was a two-time Peach Belt All-Conference selection and led the team in both points and rebounds during the 1993-1994 season.Scott-Foster also led the team in steals during the 1992-1993 season and the 1993-1994 campaign. Scott-Foster finished her career with a Division II era school record of 245 steals and ranked first all-time in steals average with 2.5 steals per game.

Scott-Foster ranks seventh all-time in field goals made (539), field-goal percentage (.525); she ranks eighth all-time in scoring average (13.3) and
offensive rebounds (215). She ranks 10th all-time in points (1,287) and 10th all-time in offensive rebounds per game (2.2). Scott-Foster owns the third and fourth best season points total in program history at 546 (1993-1994) and 536 (1992-1993). Scott-Foster owns the top two season steals totals in program history, including 112 during the 1993-1994 season.
