Series History
This is the eighth all-time meeting between the Spartans and the Highlanders. Radford leads the series 6-1 and has taken the last five consecutive meetings between the two teams. Upstate's lone win in the series came on Dec. 18, 2010 by a score of 87-81 on home court. Most recently, Radford took a 78-57 win in Spartanburg on Feb. 25, 2020 in a game where former Spartan standout Riley Popplewell notched a career-high 26 points and 12 rebounds.

Ones to Watch
Upstate – Molly Coleman posted her third double-double of the month in game one against Gardner-Webb with 14 points and a career-high 12 rebounds. She's averaging a team third-best 9.5 points per game and second-best rebounding average with 5.6 boards per game. Michaela Gibbons continues to ease back onto the court and has led the Spartan bench in scoring the past three games. Denijsha Wilson still leads the Spartans in scoring with 12.2 points per game and McKinley Brooks-Sumpter is close behind with 11.2 points per game.
Radford – Makaila Wilson had a season-high 19 points, including five 3-pointers, in the loss to the Pirates on Tuesday, while Kyanna Morgan established career-highs of 14 points and eight rebounds in the contest. Tina Lindenfield leads the Highlanders in scoring with 9.1 points per game and Bryonna McClean is averaging a team-high 6.1 rebounds per game.

The Spartans travel to UNC Asheville for their last road series of the regular season Feb. 5-6. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. on Friday and Saturday against the Bulldogs.
