SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Heading to the Triad for the first time during the 2025-26 campaign, USC Upstate women's basketball closes the regular season Saturday, travelling to High Point, meeting the Panthers for a 2 p.m. ET tip. The Spartans and Panthers match up for the 19th time in the Spartans' Division I era (2007-pres.) as Upstate seeks a third win over High Point in the series—both prior wins coming under the direction of head coach Jason Williams at the Qubein Center.
Â
Saturday's regular-season finale marks the 10th straight season Upstate has played its regular-season finale on the road, a streak dating back to the 2016-17 season. Wrapping up their eighth season in the Big South Conference, the Spartans have been scheduled for a regular-season finale at home just once, in 2020-21, but it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 global pandemic.
