Series History
In a rematch of last season's Big South Championship Game, USC Upstate and High Point are meeting for the eighth time in the Spartans' Division I era Wednesday. The Panthers lead the series 6-0-1, taking both meetings during the 2020-21 season and four straight in the series since Upstate's lone positive result in 2017.

Ones to Watch
Upstate: Leading Upstate to its fourth consecutive positive result against Longwood, junior goalkeeper Luca Bulfon tallied a career-best 10 saves against the Lancers, including six following the Spartans' equalizer to preserve the 1-1 draw. The match marked the first of his career with 10 or more saves as he ranks 11^th in the NCAA in saves per game (5.25) and 18^th in total saves with 42.
 
High Point: Collecting four saves in a shutout against Gardner-Webb, goalkeeper Holden Trent enters Wednesday's match as the reigning Big South Conference Defensive Player of the Week. He's posted shutouts in back-to-back matches, both in conference play, facing just four shots on goal in the two matches.
