SPARTANBURG, SC—USC Upstate women's soccer lost to Campbell University 5-0 on Sunday evening at the Marion and Mary Eakes Athletics Complex in Buies Creek, NC, on Sunday evening.
For the Spartans,
Natalie Loyd and
Jane Bossler both took a shot on goal that was saved by the Camels' goalie.
Jessica Donald scored 3 of the 5 goals for the Camels. Campbell's Cameron Turner contributed a goal, while the team had another goal.
Match Stats:
The Spartans were outshot 3-37, with 2 shots for Upstate on goal in comparison to 37 for the Camels.
Cora Brendle had her first career start as the Spartans' goalie and finished the contest with 7 saves.

USC Upstate will travel to High Point, NC, for another match next week against the High Point Panthers. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:00pm on Sunday, March 21.
