SPARTANBURG, SC—The USC Upstate women's soccer team will host and take on the Presbyterian Bluehose Highlanders at the County University Soccer Stadium tomorrow night.
USC Upstate (0-4-1, 0-4-1 BSC) and Presbyterian (3-3, 3-3 BSC) are meeting for the ninth time in program history. Upstate is looking to gain their fourth win against Presbyterian.
Last season the Spartans were hosted by the Bluehose, where they were defeated 0-2 being outshot 13-9 in overall shots and 7-4 in shots on goal.
The Spartans ended their homecoming weekend and previous game of the season with a loss against the Radford Highlanders. This loss moves the Spartans to tenth place in the standings for the Big South Conference.
The previous game played by Presbyterian resulted in a 1-0 win against Charleston Southern. Currently the Bluehose are in fifth place in the standings.
