Upstate: The Spartans enter this match after earning seven all-conference awards. The Big South Forward of the Year Riley O'Bryan leads the team in points with 16 behind seven goals and two assists. Dara Russo and Paige Armstrong each have six goals and three assists. Savannah Noll and Catarina Dantas have been strong along the backline for the Spartans.
 
Longwood: Sam Fischer leads the Lancers with seven goals and two assists. Meghan Piazza adds five goals, including the game-winning goal in the tournament quarterfinal game. Goalkeeper Sara Curtis has 66 saves on the season.

With a win, the Spartans will advance to the championship game on Sunday, November 9 at 1:00 pm. They will face the winner of the #1 Radford vs. #4 High Point semifinal game.
