LOUISVILLE, K.Y. – USC Upstate cross country earned two top ten finishes and five personal bests on Saturday afternoon as they competed in the Lou Cross Country Classic in Kentucky.
In the men's 8K race, senior Noah White cracked the top 10 for the second time this season, placing 6th overall and setting a new personal best of 25:20.4. Four other Spartans recorded personal bests at the Lou Cross Country Classic including Caleb Bayne, Sam Shimanskiy, Chris Post, and Mason Parish. The men's team sported an overall fifth place finish out of 45 competing teams.

In the women's 6K race, junior Heaven Allen led the Spartans with a top 10 finish, coming in ninth with a time of 19:00.4. Overall, the women had a 21st place finish out of 40 competing teams.
