Players to Watch:

It has become somewhat difficult to predict what Spartan will step up in each match as seven different players have scored a goal this season, while eight have recorded a point. Braiden Hall recorded his first goal of the year and an assist against High Point while Dzenan Cerimagic recorded his first career goal and Adrian Panaite earned his first career penalty goal. Panaite is the only Spartan to have more than one goal on the year, while Cerimagic, Jeremy Montero, Braiden Hall, and Ezra Hoffman all have a goal and an assist on the season.

For the Gamecocks, Ethan Dekel Daks and Adam Luckhurst lead the team with two goals apiece. Daks had the most recent goal for South Carolina which was the game-winner against #24 Kentucky. In goal, Ben Alexander has played all seven games for the Gamecocks, posting 22 saves and a .733 save percentage with two shutouts on the season.

Last Match Out:

The Spartans are coming into Tuesday's match after falling on the road to High Point by a score of 4-3. Upstate controlled the second half of the match, outscoring the Panthers 3-2 over the final 45 and will look to carry that momentum into the match.

South Carolina fell at home by a score of 1-0 to Georgia State, recording six shots, three of which were on goal.
