Players to Watch

Upstate: The Spartans will be on the road after a two-game home stand. Most recently in the matchup with the College of Charleston, Luke Halkett was the lone Spartan to score in the match, assisted by Carlos Lopez. Also against College of Charleston, goalkeeper Cooper Jennings faced a season-high 20 shots, making nine saves. It marked Jennings' fourth career game with nine or more saves. Adrian Panaite is the only Spartan with both a goal and an assist this season.
 
Coastal Carolina: The Chanticleers start the 2024 season with a 0-3 record, dropping their most recent match to Elon University. Deryn Armstrong and Kaito Ueki lead Coastal Carolina with one goal each. Goalkeeper Tristan Himes has seven saves on the season.
