Players to Watch

Upstate: Sophomore Defender, Ewan Tomas has been a key player on the defensive end for the Spartans with his high IQ plays along with his all-out effort. He has contributed to key slide tackles while adding team saves. Tomas has continued to be engine that gets the Spartans going defensively and his willingness to win fits the recipe that Head Coach Michael Antoniewicz has instilled in his program. Already being named to the Big South Midseason Watch List, the Blue Hose will have their hands full looking to surpass Tomas' defensive grit.

Presbyterian: Freshman Midfielder, Aloni Elfu has been the offensive X-Factor for the Blue Hose appearing in eight matches while starting in six leading Presbyterian with seven points, two goals and three assists. Elfu will be hungry to get back into the scoring as his last match where he scored a goal was on September 5th against Coastal Carolina.
