USC Upstate: Entering the weekend on a 10-game streak of matches with double-digit kills, freshman outside hitter Summer Kohler's streak ties for the longest by a Spartan this season. She leads all Big South freshmen and ranks 10^th among NCAA freshmen in total kills, posting 289 kills through 85 sets played, averaging 3.40 kills per set. Her season termination total ranks third among Spartan freshmen in the Division I era (2007-pres.) as she seeks to become the second freshman in the era to reach 300-plus kills in a season.
 
High Point: The reigning Big South Freshman of the Week, freshman middle blocker Maya Bukovcan, enters the weekend the weekend leading the Big South in blocks per set, averaging 1.21 per set. She ranks second in the league with 94 total blocks, complementing her total with 168 kills behind a .360 hitting percentage. Her hitting percentage mark stands as the second-best total in the Big South this season.
 
Radford: Headlining the backline for the Highlanders, senior libero Miranda Howard ranks fourth in the Big South in total digs and sixth in the league in digs per set. She's scooped up 357 digs at an average of 4.20 per set and is coming off a career-high 35 digs last time out versus Gardner-Webb. She's recorded double-figure digs on 20 occasions this season, including in nine straight contests.

Off the heels of the team's longest road swing of the season, the Spartans begin their longest homestand, closing the regular season with three straight home contests. Upstate begins the homestand with a pair of contests against Gardner-Webb and Winthrop next Friday and Saturday.
