PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. – USC Upstate women's golf competed in the three-day Golfweek/Stifel Spring Challenge. The Spartans finished the third round with a score total score of 299.
Rylie Kosney secured a seventh-place finish, carding scores of 72-72-70 for a total of 214. Kosney had seven birdies across all three rounds, excelling in the par three category.
Also performing well in the tournament was
Eliza Whiteside, scoring 75 in both the first and second rounds. Whiteside broke her records for both 18-holes and a 54-hole event.

Liza Eubanks said, "We have a lot of positives to take away from this event. Rylie had a solid, consistent tournament this weekend. Eliza broke both her 18-hole and 54-hole records, and Grace posted her best collegiate score on the final day. We are ready to take what we learned this week into our next event at Mercer's Brickyard Intercollegiate."

The Spartans have one final tune-up before conference play, heading to the Brickyard Intercollegiate hosted by Mercer April 7-8.
