Men's Golf Hosts The Carolina Cup Sunday Through Tuesday

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Hosting the first of two tournaments, USC Upstate men's golf welcomes eight other teams to Carolina Country Club for The Carolina Cup, held September 28-30.

Golfers to Watch:
Ross Wright enters this tournament after leading the Spartans at the GMAC Invitational with a complete score of 217, including 10 birdies. Wright has been a steady presence so far this season. Jackson Stone has one top-15 finish on the season thus far, and Alec Prentice has one top-25 finish. Most recently at the GMAC Invitational, Jackson and Stone posted scores of 222 and 223, respectively.
