Jackson Stone Earns Top-20 Finish, Leading Men's Golf at Wofford Invitational

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Competing in the last regular season tournament, USC Upstate men's golf competed in the Wofford Invitational, earning a top ten-team finish.

Leading the way with his top-20 finish was Jackson Stone, firing a two-under third round 69. Stone posted first and second round scores of 71 and 74 for a total of 214, totaling ten birdies throughout the tournament. Stone also tied for eighth in player pars with 35.

Alec Prentice carded a complete score of 221, going 77-75-69 to finish two under on the last day of the tournament. His round three scorecard had six birdies, bringing his total to nine for the tournament.

Heman Holst and Jaskaran Sohal both posted a 227, going 79-75-73 and 74-78-75, respectively.

Caden Sanders went 72-79-78 for 229. During the third round, Sanders got an eagle on the par-5 first hole.

Competing as an individual, Phuthanate Kangwol carded a 221, highlighted by a strong first round performance of a two-under 69.

Ross Wright, Nate Heller, and Cameron Biddle also competed as individuals.

Wright totaled 230, followed by Nate Heller with 235. During the second round, Heller had an eagle on the par-5 17^th hole. Cameron Biddle posted a 243.
