Players to Watch

Upstate: Forward Dara Russo continues to show why she was tabbed the 2025 Big South Preseason Forward of the Year, netting two goals against Furman Thursday for the brace. She leads the Spartans in goals (4), shots (15), shots on goal (10), and minutes played. Caroline Simpkins has proven to be a strong attacker, sitting behind Russo in shots with eight. Paige Armstrong has been key in the midfield, putting up seven shots.

VMI: Taliyah Headman leads the offense for the Keydets, netting two goals and tallying an assist. Defender Caroline Marini has logged 540 on the backline. Starting goalkeeper Maren Ryberg has 46 saves on the season.
