2013:  Appeared in all six events…Had one top-15 finish as he placed 13^th at the Eye Opener Invitational following a time of 26:55.15…Recorded a season-best time in the 8K of 26:33.23 at the Blue Ridge Open.

2012:  Did not compete in any events.

2011:  Only freshman on the 2011 squad among Upstate’s top-nine finishers, helping the Spartans to the 2011 Atlantic Sun Championship, marking the program’s first team title…Came in 55^th at the A-Sun meet with a time of 27:27.25…Registered a personal best mark of 26:13.92 Sept. 16 at the Clemson Invitational…Recorded a 10k time of 34:15.4 at the Southeast Regionals, helping the Spartans to a 22^nd place team finish.

High School:  Lettered four years in cross country and track at Leon High School in Tallahassee, Fla…A four-time All-Big Bend Region selection in both cross country and track…Named Runner of the Year in 2010…Finished fourth in the Florida 3-A State Cross Country Meet…A state champion team member from 2007-2009…Recorded a personal-best times of 15:36 in the 5K, 9:24 in the 3,200-meter and 4:28 in the 1,600-meter.
