CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The USC Upstate women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to Charlotte Saturday afternoon at the Halton-Wagner Tennis Complex.
Charlotte (8-1) claimed the doubles point after sweeping all three doubles matches.
Upstate's (2-5) only victory of the day came at singles No. 4 when Talia Rojas downed Lisa Grosselius 3-6, 7-5, 1-0 (10-3).
Upstate will hit the road next weekend for a trio of matches in the state of Louisiana.
