Jacksonville, Fla. – The North Florida Ospreys defeated USC Upstate 7-0 in women's tennis action on Thursday morning at the UNF Tennis Courts.
North Florida improves to 12-7 overall and 4-0 in the ASUN while Upstate drops to 2-17 and 0-4.
After the Ospreys won the No. 3 doubles match, Filippa Ericson and Taylor Dodd knocked off Lucia Montano and Rafaela Gomez 6-2 at No. 2 doubles. North Florida clinched the doubles point thanks to a 6-3 win at No. 1 doubles.
The Ospreys claimed all seven singles matches in straight sets.
Upstate travels to Stetson on Saturday for a 6 p.m. match.
