Men’s Tennis Teeters against Georgia Southern

STATESBORO, Ga. – The USC Upstate men's tennis team fell 7-0 to Georgia Southern on Saturday afternoon at the Wallis Tennis Center.
 
USC Upstate (0-4) lost the doubles point despite holding a 5-4 lead at the No. 1 doubles court. The Spartans lost 6-3 at the No. 2 doubles court and 6-1 at the No. 3 doubles flight.
 
In the singles portion of the competition the Spartans fell behind early in every set except at the No. 2 doubles flight. Luka Eble took the opening set 7-5 over Diego Finkelstein. Eble eventually fell in three sets as the rest of the Spartan tennis team fell in straight sets.
 
The USC Upstate men's tennis team will be back in action on Saturday, February 15 against North Alabama in a neutral site match in Troy, Ala.
