Series History
In a series of former ASUN foes who have found a home in the Big South, USC Upstate and Gardner-Webb are meeting for the 11^th time in the Spartans' D1 era Tuesday. The Spartans are looking to start their own streak in the series after earning their first win in the series on Jan. 23, 2021, to earn a split of last season's doubleheader.

Players to Watch
Upstate: Scoring 12 points and pulling in nine rebounds against Charleston Southern, junior guard Jada Logan secured her fourth double-figure scoring game and fourth game with eight or more rebounds since the start of Big South play. In league play, she's averaging a near double-double, averaging 12.6 points and 8.6 rebounds per game while shooting 56.3 percent from the field over five games.
 
Gardner-Webb: Posting eight straight games in double-figures, including five double-doubles, forward Alasia Smith enters Tuesday's game leading Gardner-Webb in rebounding and ranking third on the team in scoring. She's averaging 13.2 points and 9.2 rebounds per game while shooting 54.8 percent from the field, a total that ranks second in the Big South (per the NCAA rankings; min. 5.0 FG made per game).
 
UP Next for the Spartans
Following Tuesday's "Green Game" against rival Gardner-Webb, Upstate returns home to the Hodge Saturday afternoon to wrap up a two-game homestand. The Spartans host Campbell Saturday at 4 p.m.
