Players to Watch
Upstate: Zora Fray-Chinn earned the first Big South honors of the season and of her career as she was named the Big South Freshman of the Week on Monday, following her exceptional performance against Western Carolina. Fray-Chinn had a career-high 12 points, a career-high seven rebounds, two steals, and her first career blocks. Rebekah Gordon also had a stellar game as she recorded 13 points, six rebounds, one assist, and one block.
UNC Greensboro: Faith Price led the Spartans of UNC Greensboro against Elon with 15 points. Khalis Cain also scored in double-figures (13) while stacking on nine rebounds, one assist, and three steals, and going 7-10 on free throws.
