Players to Watch
USC Upstate: Isabell West had a standout performance on Tuesday morning against Western Carolina as she scored 29 points, went 11-15 from the field, 6-6 from the free throw line, had six rebounds, made one assist, had two blocks, and made for steals. After her career-high 29-point performance, West leads the Spartans on offense with 114 points, averaging 11.4 points per game along with a 63.1% field goal percentage and a 73.2% free throw percentage. West is ranked nationally for free throw attempts (93rd; 41) and free throws made (106th; 30).
Furman: The Paladins saw their most scored points in program history on Wednesday night as Furman downed Bob Jones 124-44 at home. All 13 players that saw minutes were able to score but the scoring frenzy was led by Jada Session and Sydney Ryan with 18 points respectively, as well as Niveya Henley with 17 points. Session leads Furman with 148 points, averaging 14.8 points per game, 98 rebounds, 16 assists, and 15 steals.

Gameday Parking
Fans attending USC Upstate basketball games in the coming weeks will notice a change in parking options. Parking for the general public will only be available in front of the Hodge Center as the rows adjacent to the building on the University Way side are closed due to renovation work to the Hodge Center roof. VIP parking for donors entering the Champions Suite behind the Arena is unaffected. Parking is free for all USC Upstate basketball games and the closure of the side lots around the building will be in effect indefinitely.
