Upstate now gears up to finish the week in Boiling Springs, N.C. to take on the Runnin' Bulldogs of Gardner-Webb.

USC Upstate: Trinity Johnson helped lead the Spartans to their 59-49 win over High Point with 14 points, six assists, and five rebounds. Johnson leads the team in assists with 80. Isabell West assisted Johnson in the Spartans win after she contributed 10 points as well. West's double figure scoring against High Point was the 13th game of the season scoring in double figures and was the eighth straight game West has scored in double figures. West leads the team in points with 216 points, averaging 11.4 points per game.
Gardner-Webb: Ashley Hawkins had her 15th game of the season scoring in double figures after scoring 15 points and leading the Runnin' Bulldogs to victory over the Lancers on Wednesday night. Hawkins earned her second double-double of the season and extended her consecutive games in double figures to four. The junior leads the Runnin' Bulldogs with 284 points, averaging 14.9 points per game, along with 69 rebounds, 103 assists, 11 steals, and three blocks.
