Raleigh Relays
March 27 – 29 2025
9:15 am – 1:15 pm (Thursday) | 9:45 am – 2:00 pm  (Friday) | 9:30 am – 4:05 pm (Saturday)

Traveling back to North Carolina, the Raleigh Relays feature 14 different Spartans competing, primarily in throwing events. Sam Shimanskiy is the lone track athlete, competing in the 800m on Saturday. Big South Women's Field Athlete of the Week Rachel Davis looks for another strong performance in both women's shot put and hammer throw. Joshua Sterling is another athlete to watch in the men's hammer throw.

Davidson Relays

Upstate also competes in the Davidson Relays this weekend. Athletes to watch include Jeremiah Harris, who is competing in the men's 200m for the second straight meet. Harris set a new school record in the event last weekend. Lauren Hannibal enters the meet after setting a new personal best in the triple jump.
