Series History
As two of the newest members of the Big South Conference, joining the league in 2018 and 2021, respectively, USC Upstate and North Carolina A&T are meeting for the first time in the two program's histories Saturday afternoon.

Players to Watch
Upstate: Scoring 19 points and pulling in 11 rebounds against High Point, freshman guard Rachael Rose tabbed the Spartans' first double-double of the season. Shooting 66.7 percent (6-of-9) from the floor against the Panthers, she upped her season field goal percentage to 57.4 percent, leading the Big South Conference in the category.
 
N.C. A&T: Posting double figures in each of her last three games, forward Jazmin Harris has upped her scoring average as North Carolina A&T has entered their first foray into Big South Conference play. In her first Big South contest, the Charlotte transfer scored 16 points and grabbed seven boards against Hampton.
 
UP Next for the Spartans
After playing its first three Big South games at home, the Spartans head on the road for the first of two away contests as the conference slate rolls on. Upstate travels to Longwood next Tuesday for a 7 p.m. ET tip-off in Farmville, Va. to kick off a two-game road swing.
