Event Preview:
USC Upstate concluded the regular season in an impressive way at the Upstate Invite, with 14 Spartans setting new personal bests.
Jordan Thornton led the way on the women's side, finishing with a sub-20-minute time and 34th overall. Grace Glassmeyer also put up a strong performance, earning her second personal best of the season.

For the men, Sam Shimanskiy continued to lead the Spartans, earning his second personal best and third top-40 finish of the season at the Upstate Invite. Gabe Herron has been another top runner for the Spartans this season, earning two new personal bests in both the Covered Bridge Open and Upstate Invite.

In the Big South Cross Country Championship, the top 14 individual finishes will receive All-Conference medals.

The Spartans will compete in the NCAA Southeast Regionals on November 15th.
