2012: Posted a season-best time of 27:17.60 at the 2012 A-Sun Championship Oct. 27 as the Spartans claimed their second-straight team title…Recorded a time of 27:18.07 to finish eighth at the Upstate Invite Oct. 13.
2011: Helped the men’s team win the 2011 Atlantic Sun Championship, the program’s first team title…Upstate’s eighth finisher at the A-Sun meet, crossing the line in 27:12.16…Posted a personal best time of 27:07.60 at the Clemson Invitational Sept. 16…Helped the Spartans to a 22nd place finish in a tough Southeast Regional, recording a time of 35:39.70.
2010: Recorded a personal best time of 27:39.44 at the Louisville Class Oct. 2…Clocked in at 27:40.69 en route to a 63rd place finish at the Atlantic Sun Championship Oct. 3…Posted a time of 27:45 in collegiate debut, finishing 56th at the Eye Opener Invitational Sept. 5.
High School: Attended Grassfield High School and ran for head coach Pat Banks…Earned All-State recognition in 2009 with his indoor performance on the 4x800m relay team and again in 2010 with the 4x800m relay squad''s outdoor performance…Was also a 2009 two-time All-Region athlete with his performances in cross country and the 1000m event in track and field.
