2013: Ran in all six events…Posted a best finish of 14th in the “B” race at the UNC Charlotte Invitational with a time of 27:56.40…Had a season-best time in the 8K of 27:43.95 at the Blue Ridge Open.
Prior to Upstate: Competed in cross country and track and field for two years under head coach Mike Roley at Spartanburg Methodist College…Had personal-best times of 15:42 unofficially in the 5K, 25:42 in the 8K and 1:14.30 in the half-marathon.
High School: Attended Dorman High School where he ran for head coach Jeff Buys…Lettered in cross country and track and field…Had personal-best times of 16:57 in the 5k, 4:46 in the one-mile run and 10:26 in the two-mile run…Was part of the 2009 state championship team in cross country and 2011 state championship squad for track & field.
