Women's Tennis Set for Trio of Matches this Week

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The USC Upstate women's tennis team will begin a busy week with its final non-conference tilt of the season against West Virginia on Wednesday afternoon.
After its match with the Mountaineers, the Spartans will hit the road for a pair of conference matches this weekend. Upstate will face foes from the Peach State as they travel to Mercer (Friday) and Kennesaw State (Saturday).

• West Virginia is just the second team from the Big East that the Spartans have faced since joining the D-I ranks... In 2008, the Spartans fell at South Florida by a score of 7-0 (Mar. 30).
• The Spartans are 12-5 all-time in Atlantic Sun Conference road matches.
