
Upstate Women's Soccer Set to Hold September Camp

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – USC Upstate women's soccer head coach Abby Minihan has announced the program will hold a College ID Camp on Sept. 1-2 for individuals looking to continue their soccer career at the collegiate level.
Minihan and her staff will hold the two-day event on the campus of USC Upstate for girls ages 14-18. Individuals must at least be entering freshman year in high school to attend.

Camp Facts:
When: Sept. 1 (5:00PM-7:00PM) – Sept. 2 (9:00AM-11:00AM)
Where: University of South Carolina Upstate Stadium/Practice Soccer Fields
Who: Girls, ages 14-18 (must be entering freshman year in high school)
Why: To help to prepare the college bound player to compete at the next level.
Price: $100 (T-shirt, one dinner included)
**This is not a residential camp, housing is not provided**
What to Bring: Equipment you'll need for training/games - soccer cleats, shin guards, sneakers, wet weather clothing
Camp Schedule:
Saturday, Sept. 1
4:15 - 4:45 PM: Registration at Country University Stadium
5:00 – 7:00 PM: Session 1- Playing Small Sided
7:00 -7:30: PM: Dinner / Q&A With Current Players
Sunday, Sept. 2
8:30 - 9:00 AM: Check In at Smith Farmhouse- Practice Fields
9:00 - 11:00 AM: Session 2- 11v11
11:15 - Camp Closing Ceremonies
