Spartan Duo to Compete at Terrier Fall Invitational

Spartanburg, S.C. – USC Upstate newcomers Ana Baran and Lindsey Buenger will take their talents across town this weekend and compete for the final time this fall when the duo takes part in the Terrier Fall Invitational hosted by Wofford College.
Competition begins Friday at 1 p.m. and concludes Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and will feature competition from Gardner-Webb, Georgia Southern, Mercer, Presbyterian, UNC Asheville, USC Upstate, Western Carolina and Wofford.
Baron begins competition Friday at 3:30 p.m. with a match against Wofford's Mareli Sanchez in the white singles bracket. Buenger received a bye in the opening round of the gray singles bracket and will face the winner of the McKinsey Fiveash (Georgia Southern) and Madison Utberg (Presbyterian) match Saturday at 3 p.m.
