
Women's Soccer, Zeta Tau Alpha to Host Color Run

Spartanburg, S.C. – The USC Upstate Zeta Tau Alpha sorority and women's soccer team have joined forces to host the first annual "Ready Set, Think Pink" 5K Color Run scheduled for Oct. 25 at 11 a.m. on the Upstate campus.
The cost of the race is $25 and all proceeds go to benefitting breast cancer research, awareness and edu cation. Registration is currently open and will remain active until Friday at midnight. Anyone interested in registering can follow this link https://runsignup.com/Race/SC/Spartanburg/ReadySetThinkPink to sign up, which includes a t-shirt upon arrival. The race is also pet and children friendly.
Members of the Upstate women's soccer team will be present at the race and will be scattered a mong water stations throughout the course.
"We look forward to opportunities where we can serve our campus and our community," Upstate head coach Abby Minihan said. "This is a wonderful cause that we are excited to be part of and support, and we hope students and members of the community will come out and take part in the color run."
Check in begins at 10 a.m. with the race set to begin from the Hodge Center.
