Camp is scheduled for Saturday, November 8th and will take place at County University Soccer Stadium on the USC Upstate campus, with on-site registration running from 8:15-8:45 a.m. All female athletes in high school or junior college are welcome to attend and encouraged to register. Campers will need to bring one ball, cleats, shin guards, sneakers and practice gear.
The USC Upstate Women's Soccer Fall ID Camp is geared towards individuals looking to play and improve all aspects of their game. The camp also provides a dynamic environment that positively reinforces technical and tactical development.
Each training session hones in on the necessary and fundamental skills needed to be successful. The specific topics of instruction for sessions include technical execution, speed of play and quick and proper decision making. Additionally, tactical understanding of the game coaching is provided, which helps players become more impactful and effective in their position on the field.
Minihan and her staff strive to ensure improvement in every player in order to leave them with a solid foundation of both skills and knowledge of the game.
