
Upstate Women's Golf Ready for F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate

Spartanburg, S.C. – The USC Upstate women's golf team returns to the tee for the first time in two weeks beginning on Monday as it travels to Clarksville, Tenn. for the eight-team F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate hosted by Austin Peay at the par 72, 5,974-yard Clarksville Country Club.
Upstate will send out a five-player lineup consisting of Payton Culler, Allea Hawkins, Allie Gennaula, Malika Allie and Sidney Dermody.
The F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate is scheduled to take place Monday-Tuesday with teams playing 18 holes on both days. Teams will tee off at 8 a.m. on Monday and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday morning. The Spartans are one of eight teams competing in the tournament along with host Austin Peay, Belmont, Murray State, Tennessee State, Tennessee Tech, Lipscomb and Cumberland.
Upstate opened its fall season Sept. 27-29 with a 13th place finish at the Jacksonville Classic in Jacksonville, Fla. Culler turned in the top individual performance for the Spartans as she tied for 47th place.
Upstate will stay in Spartanburg Oct. 19-20 for the Terrier Intercollegiate held at the Country Club of Spartanburg.
